Alliances Sales Leader

We are looking for Field alliances sales leader for the Americas region having track record of leading and delivering alliance led business growth led, working with Software vendors & Hyperscalers

Responsibilities :

  • Develop, qualify, and close new alliance led business opportunities
  • Measured by critical metrics around partnership impact - both direct and indirect
  • Accountable for the incremental revenue production from our alliance/business partners
  • Developing and driving the execution of revenue generating programs and initiatives with partners in the region
  • Lead and engage the alliances teams to develop , maintain senior and deep partner relations for the purpose of driving:
    • New logo deals and top of funnel leads
    • Strong, sustained marketing programs, campaigns, and events
    • Customer success and expansion
  • Establish a process for regular reporting on alliance sales performance, funnel conversion, and forecasted growth to all levels of executive , alliances and sales leadership
  • Provide thought leadership around global go-to-market strategy and execution with alliances
  • Work with marketing to implement successful demand generation campaigns with partners
  • Lead programs to improve growth of partner sourced and influenced revenue from all partners
  • Building alignment with partners in the region to create cohesive and collaborative execution of marketing, sales, and services
  • Increasing the understanding within partners of our client and our integrated / joint pitch to prospects and customers
  • Collaborating with partners to build all new joint sales content necessary for customers and prospects to understand the value and impact of leveraging the solutions together
  • Leading and growing our go-to-market partnership with alliances in the Americas by creating joint business plans including launch planning, enablement, co-marketing, and co-selling
  • Leading the effective collaboration of “deal level” tactics between our client and sales teams at our partners
  • Conducting day-to-day program management and QBR’s with relevant internal and partner stakeholders; play a ‘quarterback’ role to manage competing cross-functional priorities
  • Working closely with the executive team and internal functional leaders to drive action and build world class execution capability
  • Building and maintaining activity and performance reports and dashboards
  • Being a collaborative and positive member of the sales organization

Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in IT services sales organization is required; 5+ years leading alliance sales
  • Account level Sales engagements experience with ISV, Cloud and Technology Partners
  • Experience building high-performing teams including dynamic team management in a matrixed environment with the ability to drive results utilizing direct and influence skills
  • Dynamic platform speaker with executive, board-level presentation experience
  • The successful candidate will be adaptable and flexible, able to work and thrive in an environment that is evolving and constantly changing.
  • Operational excellence creating target lists and following through the complete sales cycle with and/or through partners
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
