Cybersecurity Talent Transformation Leader

Job Description: 
In this role, the ideal candidate will use strong leadership and problem-solving skills to assist with the ongoing talent transformation of Our client’s Global Cybersecurity and Risk Services (CRS) business.  This newly created leadership position, reporting directly to the Global Head of the CRS business, will drive strategic initiatives to enable 8,000+ Cybersecurists to deliver the highest quality service to our clients, while continuing their professional development and alignment to Our client’s rich culture of inclusion and diversity.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategies for global talent management, including onshore, offshore, nearshore, centers of excellence, etc. to support the Cybersecurity and Risk services business objectives
  • Defining talent acquisition strategies, including university programs and lateral hiring, in collaboration with our Client’ talent acquisition teams 
  • Executing the roll-out of the CRS Career Architecture Framework and supporting processes 
  • Creating competency development frameworks, in collaboration with the solution areas to enhance practitioner cyber functional, technical and non-technical leadership skills 
  • Facilitation of Leadership development plans in alignment with career architecture framework
  • Drive transformation of performance management and people leadership programs in coordination with central our Client teams
  • Work with the various organizational units to set up, track and report the execution of these strategies
  • Providing CRS leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve talent across the business
  • Proactively escalate and resolve potential issues by calling them to the attention of the business head and identifying potential solutions
  • Implement the appropriate tools and measurement systems to drive the adoption of the talent development and competency strategy
  • Drive a cohesive approach aligning to Change Management activities including communications planning, training and stakeholder management of the on-going talent development programs
  • Build connections across all leadership of the CRS business.

Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related subject area
  • Functional Cybersecurity consulting experience
  • Experience building wide-scale cyber training programs (e.g., academies, certifications, etc.)
  • Strong exposure to performance management, career architecture and mentoring processes
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across geographies
  • Exposure to global landscape and regional nuances required for success
